Next, let’s draw Aang’s left arm. Create a new layer (“left arm”) between the cape “staff” and “cape” layers. Using the pen tool, trace out the shape of Aang’s arm. Convert the path to a selection and fill it with the yellow from Aang’s tunic (#fbc16d), then give it a stroke.

Now draw the hand and fill it with the same flesh tone you used on the head. Put it on its own layer below the left arm.

Now add shadows, arm bands, and the arrow on Aang’s hand.

We’re getting there! Now let’s do Aang’s right arm. Create a new layer above all of the left arm/hand layers and call it “right arm” then use the pen tool to draw, then convert, fill and stroke just as we did before.

Now do the hand, on its own layer below the arm, then finish up the right arm and hand with the necessary details (shadows, arm band, arrow).
